Meeting of Executive Committee to approve Election Schedule and appoint Election Commission.

Announcement of Election Schedule and display list of Preliminary eligible voters.

Within three (3) days of the announcement of the election schedule, member firms desiring to change their representative shall intimate changes regarding name of the representative to the Secretary General with necessary proof of eligibility.

Secretary General shall display, within seven (7) days of the announcement of the election schedule, the provisional list of all members eligible to vote along with their national tax number, sales tax registration number, if applicable, the name and national identity card number of their representative. The list of eligible voters shall be displayed on the notice boards of the head office, regional office and the website.

The Members who have any objection to the entries in the list of voters shall send their objections in writing to the Secretary General within seven (7) days of the issuance of the voters’ list.

The Secretary General shall, within five (5) days from receipt of objections; intimate action on the objections or changes, if any.

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Secretary General may, within three (3) days of receipt of the decision, make a representation to the Election Commission which shall decide the representation within three (3) days. (i.e., by  Sat 01 August, 2026)

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Election Commission or in case Election Commission fails to decide the representation within the period provided; may within three (3) days make an appeal to the Regulator.

The Regulator shall decide the appeal within ten (10) days and his decision in this regard shall be final.

Within two (2) days the decision of the Regulator the final voters’ list shall be displayed on notice boards of the head office, regional office, website and submitted to the Regulator.

Within four (4) days of the display of the final list of voters, any person, who is eligible to contest the election for the vacant post, shall send his nomination, duly proposed and seconded by a duly registered voter and signed by the candidate to the Secretary General. …Ladies Members eligible to contest elections (Director, Partner or Proprietor) for the vacant post shall also send nomination for the election of TWO (2) Women Reserved Seats in the Executive Committee.

Within 24 hours of receipt of nomination papers, a copy of the final list of voters shall be provided to each contesting candidate.

The Election Commission shall scrutinize the nomination papers and list of candidates shall be displayed within twenty-four hours of the last date of the receipt of nomination papers.

The objections, if any, to the nomination of the candidates can be filed to the Election Commission within twenty-four hours of the issuance of the list of candidates which shall be decided by the Election Commission within two (2) days.

Within two (2) days of decision of the Election Commission, any candidate aggrieved of the decision of the Election Commission may file an appeal to the Regulator, who shall decide within seven (7) days and his decision in this regard shall be final.

Within two (2) days of the polling, any person elected as member of Executive Committee shall send to the Election Commission for election as an office-bearer, his nomination duly proposed and seconded by newly elected Executive Committee members and signed by the candidate.

The nomination papers shall be scrutinized by the Election Commission and list of candidates shall be displayed within twenty-four hours of the last date of the receipt of nomination papers.
